OverviewWe are helping to fight the many legal battles with the billboard companies in Pennsylvania. We are raising money to hire attorneys to win various court battles with the billboard companies. We also intend to introduce legislation that will curb billboard use. We are presently trying halt the construction of billboards on the Southampton portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. We are trying to raise money to help fight the billboard companies. We can't do it alone. We need your support or they will win. Current Issues:Currently, there are plans to erect at least 10 billboards along the Southampton, Pennsylvania portion of the PA Turnpike. These billboards will be 14’x48’ and will be illuminated until midnight. One billboard will be over 70’ tall. “Once billboards go up, very rarely do they come down” "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"The billboard companies try to say that billboards don't have an adverse affect on the environment.
